Gantz offers Netanyahu an agreed outline for reasonableness in return for stopping unilateral legislation
A series of accusations began between Yair Lapid and Benny Gantz, with those around Gantz angry with Lapid and claiming that he "destroyed the possibility of reaching a final agreement and finishing the business. He did petty politics to pull the rug under Gantz."
Lapid's circle, on the other hand, does not understand Gantz's hardening of positions: "Where is the compromise? Where is Hili Trooper? Gantz was even willing to enter the government in the past. The opposition initially denied talks for a compromise, but quickly clarified their positions. For Lapid's people, the first principle is a commitment to the rest of the legislation with broad consensus.
