Three months after the documented killing of Lior Greenberg in Holon, the police allowed the publication that the murder had been solved and four suspects were arrested several weeks ago.
The suspects (20,25,31,33), residents of Holon and Jaffa, were arrested several weeks ago, interrogated under warning on suspicion of involvement in the murder, and their detention was extended from time to time. On Wednesday, as the investigation matured, a prosecutor's statement and a request for remand were filed in the case of the four men.

The investigation into the murder that occurred on Naomi Shemer Street in Holon at the end of April 2023 has been assigned to the central unit in the Tel Aviv District. It is suspected that this was an assassination as part of a conflict between criminal organizations. After the investigation, Tel Aviv SWAT officers managed to trace the suspects in the assassination and those who fled them from the scene of the murder and directed them remotely before carrying it out.
As stated, the incident took place on April 27, 4 at 23:00, when the Israel Police received a report of shots fired on Naomi Shemer Street in Holon at victim Lior Greenberg. The investigation revealed that while the victim was at the scene, two masked suspects came running, shot at the victim and fled at high speed on a scooter.
SWAT officers were able to trace the route of the scooter on the night of the incident and, with the help of technological capabilities, established the suspicion against the suspected shooters and two other suspects who were involved in the murder.
