Recently, the extreme left-wing organization Yesh Din has been briefing foreign ministries around the world in order to persuade them to submit a negative opinion on Israel's policy in the West Bank • In opinions submitted to the court, they claimed that Israel is carrying out demographic engineering of the territory, legal annexation and physical separation between Israelis and Palestinians."

The far-left organization Yesh Din sent a legal opinion to the International Criminal Court in The Hague on Tuesday, arguing that the crimes of Afradheid are taking place in Judea and Samaria and that the region is undergoing legal annexation, a move that violates an explicit and central prohibition under international law. The opinion was submitted as part of the ICC's investigation into Judea and Samaria.

Yesh Din is waging a real campaign in which they incite against state policy in Judea and Samaria. Among other things, in recent weeks they have held briefings with the foreign ministries of countries around the world, in which they present what they define as the "findings of the legal analysis" in preparation for the submission of the various countries' positions to the International Court of Justice. Yesterday was the deadline set by the court for states to submit their written opinions on the issue.

In the opinion, Yesh Din analyzes what they define as "features of the Israeli regime in the occupied territories" and claims that they are based on three sets of policies and practices aimed at "demographic engineering of the territory, legal annexation (East Jerusalem has already been annexed), the West Bank is in advanced annexation proceedings, and physical and legal separation along national lines within the occupied territory."

"Based on these, the opinion states that Israel abused the powers of an occupier in order to undermine the purposes of the law of occupation, and therefore reaches the following legal conclusions: The Israeli occupation has become illegal. The occupied territory is undergoing legal annexation, a move that violates an explicit and central prohibition under international law, and the crime of apartheid is being committed in the West Bank," the organization said in a statement.

Yesh Din said, "According to our opinion, Israeli policy in the West Bank leads to the commission of the crime of apartheid. The progress of Israeli governments on the path of oppression, dispossession and takeover will lead the entire region to disaster. The recent steps taken by the Netanyahu government are intensifying and accelerating the process of Israeli annexation of the West Bank."
