The prestigious Yeshiva University University in New York recently inaugurated a new and first-of-its-kind master's degree program in Jewish Studies for Christian students.

This is a joint program between the university and the Philos project, which aims to connect and strengthen the connection between Judaism and Christianity. The program operates as part of graduate studies in Jewish Studies at the university, and so far many students from all over the United States have enrolled in it.

The program builds on the improvement in Jewish-Christian relations in recent decades, sparking growing interest from Christians in understanding the Jewish roots of their religion, as well as interest in the Bible. As the flagship university of the Jewish world, Yeshiva University is a most suitable place to understand Jewish history.

The master's degree program includes 4 semesters, at the end of which Christian students will receive a master's degree in Jewish studies. Among the courses appearing in the program are: Biblical Hebrew for beginners, Jewish approaches to biblical interpretation, the Hebrew Bible, Jewish-Christian relations, and courses in ancient and modern Jewish history.

The university is considered one of the leading universities in the United States, ranked 68th and respected in the index of universities in the country. It is considered a Zionist university, founded in 1886, and which today has about 7,400 undergraduate, master's and doctoral students.

According to the renowned Fortune magazine, the Faculty of Cyber Studies is ranked second among universities in the US. The Faculty is headed by Israeli Sivan Tehila, a former senior cyber executive at Rafael and a global expert in the field of cyber.
