Right-wing elements in the government, Finance Minister Smotrich and National Security Minister Ben-Gvir, may find it difficult for them to reward the Palestinians, but, as noted, with proper political maneuvering, they can "bring the goat" to the negotiating table, and then also allow itto be spent in favor of an agreement with Saudi Arabia that will help in the overall campaign against Iran.
