Adults who live in the United States may join the lottery but must change their first name on their Subway ID card.
The winner of the competition will have to prove within four months of winning that he changed his first name, and the food giant has promised that it will bear the costs involved in changing the name (up to $750). In order to receive the sandwich for free, the happy winner will receive purchase coupons in the amount of $50,<>.
The draw itself will be held on August 7. Last year, a similar lottery winner won an American citizen who received a free sandwich for life after tattooing the Subway sandwich brand on his leg.
