Juan Carlos Cruz (52), surgeon at the Ramón Carrillo hospital in Ciudadela, was killed Thursday in Morón by a shot in the head by three criminals who intended to steal his car.
It happened at the door of the victim's house, in Lanús and Gregoria Pérez, when the aggressors surprised the victim while he was taking belongings from the trunk of his red Fiat Cronos.

They are sought by the authorities through a lockdown operation, while the vehicle, found Andrade and Aguirre Castillo de La Matanza, about 30 blocks away, is examined.
The murder took place at 5 pm and it was the neighbors of the place who immediately notified the emergency phone 911.
Minutes later, members of the Morón Patrol Command arrived, who upon arriving at the scene confirmed the death of the doctor.

Prosecutor Matías Rappazzo, of the Functional Unit of Instruction (UFI) 7 of the Judicial Department of Morón, intervenes in the case, who ordered the autopsy to determine if the victim had more than one bullet impact, and the analysis of the security cameras of the surroundings.
In fact, a camera located in the corner of the crime scene recorded much of the sequence of what happened, although at a distance and at times when there were several passers-by on public roads, reports the Telam agency.
