Summary. Television is full of cult shows. Some of them have been squatting on the small screen for years without interruption, despite the difficulties. Others, on the contrary, were abandoned several times before coming out of the boxes... This summer, Code Source tells you in five episodes the genesis and behind the scenes of five essential TV programs. Today, the unstoppable "Fort Boyard".

It's an adventure that has been livening up Saturday nights in the summer for over 30 years. With its wrestling battles in the mud, its snakes and other critters that make the candidates scream or the riddles of Father Fouras, "Fort Boyard" has established itself as a cult format. But how to keep your place on TV without falling into the cheesy or tiring the viewers?

Benjamin Meffre, media journalist in the culture department of Le Parisien, tells in Code source the evolution of the game of France 2.
