And the latest news is not good, while ECOWAS has announced a future military intervention: expressing its "deep concern", the head of diplomacy of the European Union (EU) Josep Borel denounced Friday "the deterioration of detention conditions". The head of state and his family "would be, according to the latest information, deprived of food, electricity and care for several days," he warned on X (ex-Twitter), believing that "nothing can justify such treatment".
