A week after the disappearance of Missa, drowned in the pond of Berre, near Martigues (Bouches-du-Rhône), the investigation is progressing. This Friday, the prosecutor's office of Aix-en-Provence requested the opening of a judicial investigation "on the charge of manslaughter by deliberate breach of an obligation of safety or prudence, unintentional injuries resulting in incapacity not exceeding 3 months by deliberate breach of an obligation of safety or prudence, and endangerment of others by deliberate breach of an obligation of safety or prudence", he said "in order to elucidate the circumstances of this accident."
