A total of 14 people were injured in an accident involving ten vehicles in downtown Cologne on Friday evening, one of them seriously. According to a police spokesman, the cars had collided for an initially unknown reason at 20:20 p.m. near the Lanxess Arena in Deutz. Rescue workers were deployed with a large contingent.
Cologne - At the scene of the accident, debris was scattered in a wide radius. A car that was completely torn open at the front was lying on the roof of a small car. Some of the other vehicles also showed severe external damage. It was initially unclear how the accident occurred. Dpa
