New drama on the rails of Parisian transport, after the fatal accident on line 11 of the metro this Friday morning. A few hours later, a woman committed suicide on line A of the RER, at the station Châtelet-les-Halles, confirms the RATP.
Shortly before 14 p.m., the account X (ex-Twitter) of the Transilien announced that a "serious accident of person" had occurred. Traffic was interrupted until about 16:30 p.m., but remained disrupted between Nation and Saint-Germain-en-Laye - Conflans - Fin d'Oise - Poissy. It was fully restored by 17 p.m.

Despite the intervention of the emergency services, the young woman who had thrown herself on the tracks did not survive.
Second death
Later in the afternoon, another suicide attempt took place on line 6 of the metro, at the Boissière station, we learn the RATP. Around 18:30 p.m., a woman threw herself onto the tracks and was hit by the train. According to information from Actu Paris, she was transferred in absolute emergency to the hospital.
This tragedy concludes a dramatic day in the Paris region's transport. Earlier in the day, a person died on metro line 11, hit by a train between Hôtel de Ville and Châtelet stations.
