A 55-year-old CRS committed suicide with his service weapon at his workplace in Limoges, we learned from concordant sources.
The man, aged 55, committed suicide "in the middle of the afternoon", at the "reception" of the premises of the Republican Security Company number 20, according to police sources.
Considered as "a chic guy, rather withdrawn, but bon vivant", the policeman, married and father of two children, "returned from a work stoppage following a depression", according to another union source.
He had "very badly endured" the suicide of another 55-year-old police officer of the same company. The latter had ended his life last January at his home and used his service weapon, according to the same sources.
