She was crossing the road when a first car hit her, before a second vehicle hit her. Despite this double shock, the victim, a 7-year-old girl, was spared. She was injured, certainly, but not very seriously.

The accident occurred on Monday, shortly before 19 p.m. The girl was on Avenue Vladimir-Ilyich-Lenin, in Nanterre, near the intersection with the Place du Maréchal-Foch. According to the first elements collected, the child did cross by taking the pedestrian crossing, but the little man would have been red and therefore the light would have been green for vehicles.

An open investigation

As she was crossing, she was hit by a car and was reportedly thrown several metres from the impact site. The motorist did not stop. While the girl was on the ground, a second car hit her. This time, the person who was driving stayed put. It is she who would have alerted the rescue.

When they intervened, the little girl suffered bleeding wounds on her face and knee, dermabrasions, but no trauma or fracture. She was hospitalized as a relative emergency.

An investigation is opened to trace precisely the circumstances of the accident and find the motorist who fled.
