Finally, the start date for the 15th "The Mountain Rescuers" fans has been set. But at the same time it is clear: "The Mountain Doctor" has to give up its broadcasting slot.
Ramsau – After the end of the 14th season of "The Mountain Rescuers", there are still many unresolved questions in the room. Because the season finale "Green Moon" ended with a cliffhanger. Now it is finally clear when TV viewers will get answers to their questions, because ZDF has finally announced the start date for the new episodes. Attentive fans will immediately notice: "The Mountain Doctor" has been displaced from its broadcasting slot.
New season of "The Mountain Rescuers" finally has a start date
The death of Jessica and Simon's (Ferdinand Seebacher, 33) farewell from Ramsau: Markus Kofler (Sebastian Ströbel, 46) is all too much. That's why he decides to go to Nepal with Nina (Josephin Busch, 36). But in the final moments of the 14th "Mountain Rescuer" season, there is an unexpected twist in the case of Jessika and Markus decides to stay.
Is Jessica still alive and what's next for Markus and Nina? Or can fans look forward to a love comeback with Katharina (Luise Bähr, 44)? Fans will get an answer to these questions in November. More precisely, from 16.11.2023. Until 28 December, ZDF will broadcast an episode of the 15th season of "Die Bergretter" every Thursday.
Fans of "The Mountain Doctor" will have to wait a little longer this year. This is because Hans Sigl will not take over the broadcasting slot until 2024 and not in December as in the previous year.

In 38 episodes, Andreas Marthaler (Martin Gruber, 52) led the "mountain rescuer" team until he fell to his death under dramatic circumstances in episode 6 of the sixth season ("Cut Off"). Attentive ZDF viewers in particular should have noticed: The former "Mountain Rescuer" lead actor has a prominent namesake. The mountain doctor embodied by Hans Sigl (53) in the series of the same name is also called Martin Gruber.
15. "The Mountain Rescuers" season: Heidi Klum has a guest role
Sebastian Ströbel, Markus Brandl (48) and Luise Bähr get surprising, celebrity support in the new season, because fashion icon Heidi Klum (49) plays in a "The Mountain Rescuer" episode. Admittedly, this is a wild combination, but Heidi Klum is said to have been a fan of the series for a long time
For her guest role, she personally contacted lead actor Sebastian Ströbel, as he explained to bild.de. What exactly she experienced during her time in Ramsau is not yet known, but her role will be called Isabelle Klett, which will be seen in the 2nd episode of the upcoming season.
