Just before she boarded a plane and left the country, Nasreen Qadri held a series of questions and answers with her Instagram followers from her home on Monday. In one of the questions addressed to her, one user shared with Kadri that he is currently undergoing conversion and has had to deal with family estrangement as a result. Kadri, who herself underwent a reform conversion process, was asked by the same user to give him advice from her experience and could not hide her excitement.

"Yesterday I decided to tell my parents that I was starting to convert. In response, they threw me out of the house. Do you have any advice to give me?" asked the user from Kadri, who chose to reply with a video rather than written text. "Hey my love, how are you? First of all, I wanted you to see me and hear me because it's very important to me. I want to tell you that I really appreciate your courage in following your heart. No matter what decision you made, I am with you first of all," she said.
"Secondly, to the parents who hear me now, a very special message: Hug your children. As a mother, when I hear these things, it's so sad, it's so hard for me," she said with tears in her eyes. "I love you, hug your kids," she concluded with a kiss.

Users also sought to pry into Kadri's romantic relationship with her husband and the father of her son Reef, Rom Shamir. "Since Sharif was born, has your relationship with Rom changed?" she was asked. "I fell in love with him more," she concluded briefly.
