The announcement was sent while Levin is serving as acting prime minister, due to Benjamin Netanyahu's presence on the occasion of the UN General Assembly where he will speak this Friday and before that he will meet on Wednesday with US President Joe Biden.
This morning, the police opened an investigation, which is already aware of the identity of the suspect - a resident of the Ashkelon area. Speaking to Israel Hayom, he sounded frightened, saying: "I meant Levin's political end. I apologize for using the word Nazi."
