"It is inconceivable that a vile murderer who calls for the destruction of Israel gets a platform here at the UN," he said. "We will not forget the blood of Martyr Soleimani and we will not stop blaming those responsible for his assassination," he added. Israel's ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, was escorted out of the UN General Assembly Tuesday night (between Tuesday and Wednesday) at the start of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi's speech after waving a protest sign.

Erdan held up a picture of Mahsa Amini, who was murdered a year ago by the ayatollahs' regime and whose death sparked the wave of protests in Iran. Erdan left the assembly hall together with Israel's delegation to the UN to protest the UN's allowing an anti-Semitic mass murderer to speak at the rally: "It is inconceivable that a vile murderer who calls for the destruction of Israel gets a platform here at the UN. The UN has once again broken a new moral low."

During his speech, Raisi praised Qods Force commander Qassem Soleimani, who was assassinated in January 2020: "Many of our achievements in the region came from the victims of the heroic Martyr Soleimani in the war on terror. Many countries in the region would have been destroyed by the ISIS terror Soleimani was fighting. We will not forget the blood of Martyr Soleimani and we will not stop blaming those responsible for his assassination."

left the General Assembly hall immediately at the beginning of Iranian President Raisi's speech, "The Butcher of Tehran." I held up in front of him a picture of Mahsa Amini, who was brutally murdered a year ago by the Iranian regime for not wearing a hijab "properly."

Raisi defied the West: "We ask Western countries: Why are you providing shelter to terrorist groups that killed 17,<> Iranians? Isn't it time to end the occupation of Palestine and recognize it as an independent state? Isn't it time to end the occupation of Lebanese and Syrian lands by the Israeli entity?"

Raisi addressed the nuclear issue and the talks to renew the agreement with the world powers: "America must make it clear whether it wants a joint work plan or not. Nuclear weapons have no existence in Iranian doctrine. (But) Iran will not give up its right to obtain nuclear energy for peaceful use."

Raisi also noted that "there is no choice but to establish a legitimate Palestinian government and Jerusalem will be the capital of the Palestinian state. The occupying regime in Jerusalem is the main source of terrorism."

Regarding Soleimani's assassination, Raisi added that it was an act of terrorism and "a gift to extremists." He also noted that those responsible for the assassination "should not rest for a moment until they pay the price."
