Two employees at Miami Airport, one of the busiest airports in the United States, which is also frequented by quite a few Israelis, were arrested on suspicion of stealing from passengers.
In a video posted on news websites abroad, two security workers are seen stealing bags and equipment placed by passengers in boxes that are being screened.
The investigation revealed that hundreds of dollars were stolen in this case. Two of the suspects confessed, and a third accomplice maintained his right to remain silent and was sent to community service and treatment. Their license to work at the airport was revoked.

The incident took place at the end of June, when the three were arrested about a week after they were filmed committing their acts. The three were also ordered to pay compensation to passengers from whom they allegedly stole.
In the video you can see how the method works: rummaging through the box and arranging it, while taking objects and putting them in their pocket. One of the employees even hid the taking of the belongings with a bag that was in the box.
