Chef Moshik Roth and veteran meat man David Legziel decided to embark on a fun, special and mostly delicious collaboration. On the next two Fridays, they invite the general public to a "Friday Parliament" where they will stand on a grill, which will be placed outside the Legziel Farm Butcher's Shop at 83 Uziel Street in Ramat Gan and will serve delicious bites on Shabbat challah, fresh grilled cuts such as entrecote and sirloin, small dishes purely meat, salads from Tripolitan cuisine and more.

David Legziel, one of the pioneers of rationing in Israel, is the regular butcher of Roth and many other chefs. When the family immigrated to Israel, his father, who was also from a butcher dynasty from Tripoli, Libya, established the first Legziel butcher's shop in Or Yehuda, with all the cattle based on the family's domestic herd, which grew up in the yard at the time. Later, the cousin opened the butcher's shop in Ramat Gan. The two, Roth and Legziel, are good old friends, and every Friday they sit together outside the butcher's shop in Ramat Gan for a "permanent Friday parliament." Thus came the idea to open the "Sixth Parliament".

Purity of meat,

Since chef Moshik Roth closed his two-Michelin-star restaurant in the Netherlands during the pandemic, Moshik, there aren't many opportunities to taste his hands. Now, guests arriving on September 22 and October 13 for the light event will be invited to sit on the street outside the butcher's shop, where the chef and butcher will stand on the grill and prepare the food with their own hands. "After many years of friendship with Moshik, I am excited to have this collaboration with him," Legziel said. "It is not yet possible to reveal the dishes that will be on the festive day, but I can guarantee that they reflect the atmosphere in my personal Friday parliament, that of Moshik and the rest of our friends, come and you will not be disappointed."

Chef Moshik Roth is hosted at Legziel Farm 22.9 and 13.10 – starting at 12:00 noon
