A reporter for the Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Manar network published footage from the Israeli-Lebanese border on Wednesday showing the commander of the 91st Division, Brigadier General Shai Klepper. According to him, the photos also show the commander of the 769th Hiram Division, Col. Avi Marciano.

In a tweet on the X network, Ali Shuaib wrote that "the bulldozers of the Zionist enemy continue the excavation operation near the so-called retreat line. They are paving a military road at the Bastra farms and changing the surface of the occupied Lebanese land that belongs to the residents of the Shebaa Farms under the protection of Merkava tanks." It should be noted that in recent months fortification work has been carried out on the border, which included, among other things, the construction of a barrier, and led to riots on the Lebanese side.

This is not the first time that an Al-Manar reporter has published a photo of senior IDF officials on the northern border. Last July, he posted photos of IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevy during a tour of the Manara Cliff area. In recent months, tension has prevailed in the area following a series of provocations by Hezbollah, including Kornet fire and the erection of two tents in Israeli territory, one of which was evacuated.
