The group assures "that an investigation is underway to understand the circumstances of this arrest and the manifestly inappropriate nature of the officer's reaction". "According to the officer, the individual would have kicked another officer, insulted him and then threatened him with death before making him fall on the suitcases of a traveler," he also says. The accused officer "filed a complaint" and the individual "handed over to the police".
