Ball after bullet: Three suspects in their 20s were arrested by the police on suspicion of involvement in a shooting that took place about a month ago in the Abu Tor neighborhood of Jerusalem, in which a man was seriously wounded. Police investigators from Bilp Kedem, together with investigators from the Oz police station, managed to trace the suspects' vehicle that fled the scene and the cell phone they stole from the victim.

The suspects have been remanded in custody by the court from time to time. The State Prosecutor's Office is expected to file an indictment against them soon.
The investigation revealed that following a romantic dispute between the suspects, the suspects contacted the victim and arranged to meet with him in the Abu Tor neighborhood. The victim arrived at the meeting place in his vehicle and at the same time, the suspects arrived. At some point, one of them began shooting at the victim's vehicle and two others prevented him from fleeing the scene and even attacked him, damaging his vehicle. As a result of the incident, the victim was seriously injured. The suspects asked the victim for his cell phone, and each time he refused their request to hand it over, one of the suspects brutally fired another bullet at him until he ran out of ammunition. The suspects later managed to steal the victim's cell phone and fled the scene.
