Like every year, the Aviation Passenger Experience Organization, APEX, publishes a ranking of the world's airlines. The ranking, which falls into several categories and examines about 600 airlines around the world, published interesting results yesterday.
Emirates First Class Airlines
The airline with the best service is EVA AIR from Taiwan, an airline that does not operate direct flights to Israel. In the field of in-flight entertainment, Singapore Airlines has won as the best in the world and also does not operate direct flights to Israel. In the food and drink sector, Qatar Airways has won the title of the best in the world and also does not operate direct flights to Israel.
Two companies that do operate direct flights to Israel and are ranked as the best in the world in their field are Cathay Pacific and Delta Air Lines. Cathay Pacific won the title of the airline with the most comfortable seats in the world and Delta Air Lines won the title of the airline with the best WIFI service in the world.

The ranking, which was published for 2024, also includes 40 airlines that received a five-star rating in the service category, and El Al was included in the prestigious list for the third consecutive year. Other airlines that made the list: Air Astana, Air Canada, Air France, American Airlines, Etihad, Cathay Pacific, Delta, Austrian, Lufthansa, Corian, Suisse, United, Iceland Air and Virgin Atlantic – all of these airlines operate direct flights to Israel.
Other airlines that made the list and do not operate direct flights to Israel: EVA Air, ANA, Euro Mexico, Air New Zealand, LATAM, SAS, Vietnam Airlines, Aer Lingus and more.
Among the airlines that received a four-star rating: British Airways, Thai, Pakistan Airlines, Air Europa, Fly Dubai, SriLankan Airlines, and low-cost carriers GOL, Spirit, Southwest and more, none of the low-cost carriers operate direct flights to Israel.
