The smell of comforting warmth

OHGLOW launches in Israel the fragrance brand Amarsi, which has roots in Italy and Ibiza. The brand's perfumes are vegan and derived from essential oils and synthetic molecules.

WE TESTED THE UNISEX BLUE SACRA, WITH NOTES OF THYME, INCENSE, VANILLA, AMBER AND ROSEWOOD. This is a brave and unique eau de parfum, which felt more masculine than feminine, and not intended for those who conform. At the opening, it exudes an intense scent of smoke, later offers amber, mandarin and dry wood, and the dessert is vanilla that stays on the skin for several hours. A perfume for winter days, with a warm and comforting aroma.

Hair milkshakes

The Italian beauty brand Milk shake, whose products contain natural ingredients such as milk proteins and fruit extracts, came to Israel through G. Cosmetics. The products do not contain parabens and are suitable for straightened hair. Among the items you will find those that help arrange the hair and moisturize, products for dry hair, neutralize yellow tones and more.

We tested dry hair shampoo and conditioner and protective creamy mousse and conditioner for all hair types: the products smell great and leave hair pleasant to the touch, but we felt that dry hair really needs a mask and not just conditioner to be saturated, and ours remains a little dry at the edges. According to the company, the mousse is suitable as heat protection, but on the product it is not indicated. However, the wonderful smell of the mousse remained for hours, and it felt good and rich on the hair.

Hello to dropout

We were skeptical of the FILL IT supplement that promises to help treat shedding – we believe that vitamins are only needed by the body when they are deficient. THE A BREAND'S SUPPLEMENT CLAIMS TO BE HELPFUL AND HAS INGREDIENTS LIKE COLLAGEN, FOLIC ACID, BIOTIN, ZINC, VITAMINS B AND D, AND A SPECIAL PATENT FOR EFFECTIVE ABSORPTION.

We started with one pill and went on to two pills a day. It is important to take daily for at least three months to see results. Falling out of up to 100 hairs per day is considered normal, so it is difficult to measure amounts because the hair will continue to fall out anyway, but after about two and a half months we noticed that the huge clump of hair left in the shower filter after shampooing is shrinking by at least half. We still find a lot of hairs in every Aye Robot cleaning and in general around the house, but there has definitely been an improvement in the amount of shedding.

Women's and men's grooming kits are launched in honor of the holidays by Kenneth Cole in fancy packages. The Women's Care Pack includes micellar water, body lotion, hand cream and foot cream – all in full size. All products are vanilla, patchouli and lavender, except for micellar water, which has an oriental floral scent.

We have to admit that we didn't feel any aroma in the water, and the smells in the other products felt more "luxurious" than vanilla patchouli, but were subtle and unisex. The body and leg textures are thick and pleasant, and we loved the concept of the box that opens in a turn with the cap on it. The hand cream was slightly greasy and took a while to absorb, and the micellar water is gentle and removes light makeup.

The peak of the C

NEAUVIA ISRAEL launches SHOT C Serum in Israel: Vitamin C Serum in a stable formula at a concentration of 30%. According to the company, the serum reduces the appearance of dark spots and inflammation, encourages collagen production by the body, is resistant to heat and light and does not irritate the skin.

We checked: this is a vitamin C derivative that is more stable, and the serum also comes in a dark jar to prevent oxidation, which did not happen. Usually in beauty products the derivative is present in a lower concentration, but even a concentration of up to 30% in this derivative does not irritate the skin. The serum is easily absorbed and not noticeable even on sensitive skin, and helps to lighten blemishes easily, especially when used over time.

Sweet for us

A collection of new chocolate tables for Bert, including bitter (85%), milk with caramel and sea salt, bitter with mint flavor, bitter with caramel and pecan and more. The series comes in a variety of sizes, including tables weighing 300 grams. Another innovation from the company are pralines in a variety of flavors – mousse, crackles and more.

There was a surprise when it came to milk chocolate, caramel and sea salt – the combination of sweetness and saltiness was precise and addictive, and the first to be eliminated. The 300-gram chocolate bars were also a pleasant and tasty surprise, and in general this is a product that may constitute competition in the already saturated chocolate market.
