After a week of intense protest in the United States and Israel, following Netanyahu's visit to the United States, the protest against the legal reform will take place today (Saturday) for the 38th consecutive week. The evening before Yom Kippur, masses of Israelis will gather at the main protest at Kaplan Junction and at about 150 locations throughout the country.

The main demonstration in Kaplan in Tel Aviv will be attended by: Maj. Gen. (res.) Noam Tibon, Dr. Merav Aharon Gutman, senior lecturer in urban planning at the Technion and one of the leaders of the academic protest, Rabbi Jeremy Stavisky, an educator and former principal of the religious Himmelfarb High School in Jerusalem, and representatives of the families of Yom Kippur War fallen, Uzi Zwebner, a bereaved brother, a representative of the "In Their Death Commanded" organization, and Ruth Barzilai, a bereaved nurse, a representative of Bereaved Families for Democracy, who will hold the "in vain" representation at the demonstration site.
The weekly protest march will leave from Dizengoff Square. Gathering starting at 19:00. The Kaplan Force said: "Netanyahu and his partners, who have been leading the destruction of the State of Israel over the past year, the tearing up of the nation, and the destruction of the people's army and the economy, have no forgiveness. Their incitement against American Jewry and against the Supreme Court justices and demonstrators is destroying us from the outside and from within."

Starting at 17:30, the following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic:
Kaplan Street will be blocked from Ibn Gvirol Street to Menachem Begin Road in both directions.
Kaplan Junction and Menachem Begin Road will be blocked to the north and south (including the sediments).
The Peace Bridge ramps will be closed to the north and south (it will not be possible to descend to Route 20).
Yigal Alon Junction - Peace will be blocked to the West.
The Yigal Alon – Made in Israel junction will be blocked (vehicles will be diverted to Made in Israel Street).
The Made in Israel Peace Junction will be blocked (vehicles will be diverted eastward).
Peace Junction - Youth Aliyah will be blocked to the East.
Yigal Alon Junction - Peace will be blocked to the south.
Yigal Alon - Tuval junction will be blocked to the north.
Yitzhak Sadeh Junction - the locksmith will be blocked to the north.
Exit from Ben Avigdor Street to Hamasger Street will not be allowed.
Yigal Alon Streets will be blocked in the direction of Aminadav, Kremnicki, Tuval, Vicky Shiran and the exit from the gas station (traffic will be allowed from HaSolelim Street).
