A short time ago (Saturday), a 50-year-old man was injured in a violent incident on Sderot HaHagana in Haifa as a result of gunfire. MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment and are referred to Rambam Hospital. The background to the incident is apparently criminal.
The police began searching for the perpetrators of the offense, along with collecting findings at the scene.
The Israel Police said: "The hotline received a report of a shooting incident at a man near a restaurant in the city of Haifa, as a result of which a man in his 50s was injured and evacuated for medical treatment in critical condition."
