After Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech at the UN General Assembly, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir conveyed messages that if there were concessions to the Palestinians in closing a peace agreement with Saudi Arabia, he would topple the government.
MK Ohad Tal of Religious Zionism attacked Otzma Yehudit chairman on Twitter, writing: "It seems that Minister Ben-Gvir made sure to issue threats to topple the government during Shabbat. I hope he listened to Prime Minister Netanyahu's speech – there was no mention of the establishment of a Palestinian state or the handing over of territories. Itamar, stop undermining the right-wing government."

MKs Yitzhak Kreuzer and Zvika Fogel came to the defense of their party chairman and responded to MK Tal. Kruiser wrote: "Opposition to the transfer of territories or the establishment of a Palestinian state is out of your basket of values?! Minister Ben-Gvir leads a clear line Peace for peace! We will continue to be vigilant for you as well. Finished a good signing."
MK Zvika Fogel wrote: "A little modesty won't hurt you, Ohad. Thanks to Itamar Ben-Gvir's backbone and Jewish power, this government continues to exist. Peace for peace is the path that the entire national bloc must follow. A good signature for all of us."
