A 31-year-old Eritrean man was stabbed to death Friday night in a fight on Mount Zion Boulevard in Tel Aviv. He was taken to Ichilov Hospital in critical condition while performing CPR, where he was pronounced dead. Nine others were injured in a mass brawl between Eritreans in the Hatikva neighborhood last night.

MDA paramedic Amitai Stern said: "The injured man was lying unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing with a severe penetrating wound to his body. We gave him medical treatment and performed advanced resuscitation during the evacuation to the hospital. In the trauma room, the doctors continued resuscitation efforts, but at the end they had to pronounce him dead." The police opened an investigation.
A few hours before the murder, there was a mass brawl between Eritreans in the Hatikva neighborhood. A 40-year-old man arrived in the Shapira neighborhood in serious condition with stab wounds. He was treated and evacuated to Ichilov Hospital.

In the HaTikva neighborhood, MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment and evacuated nine wounded people to Ichilov, Wolfson Beilinson and Sheba hospitals in Tel Hashomer, among them: a 20-year-old man in serious condition with stab wounds, three in moderate condition with stab wounds, and five wounded in light condition.
