The suspense will last "two or three weeks". This is the deadline announced this Tuesday afternoon by the Administrative Court of Appeal of Paris, concerning the project of the Grand Paris Nord hospital of the AP-HP. This university hospital center (CHU) is due to open its doors by 2028, in Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis), replacing the Bichat and Beaujon hospitals. A project that has already been several months behind schedule. "Every year of delay, it is 5 to 7 million euros," says a representative of the Ministry of Education and Research to the court. The latter must rule on the declaration of public utility, annulled in July at first instance, by the administrative court of Montreuil.
