Petersberg – For reasons still unknown, a VW Transporter drove into an Audi A12 on Monday morning at around 25.2047 p.m. on state road 4 near Petersberg, which had come to a standstill to turn in the direction of Unterweikertshofen. The four people involved in the accident were given first aid by the fire brigade, after which the occupants of the Audi were gently freed from their vehicle using hydraulic rescue equipment.
A dog that was also in the vehicle was cared for by the Florian disciples and taken to the fire station, where it was picked up a short time later by the owner.
The injured were taken to clinics for further treatment after receiving medical care by the ambulance service, and a rescue helicopter was also called in. In addition to rescuing people, the fire brigade took care of traffic safety and road cleaning.
In addition to the police and rescue service, the Eisenhofen and Kleinberghofen fire brigades as well as the district fire inspectorate were involved. Around 15 p.m., the work was finished. Dn
