A group of 12 Israeli fishermen left Zikim Beach at 6:00 A.M. on Saturday, on their way to another regular morning of experiential fishing, and it is not yet known where they are, if they managed to return to the shore and what happened to them.

"This is a group of 12 people, who have been missing since 6:00 a.m. on Saturday at Zikim Beach, where they all went fishing. Among them is my father and my uncle," Shoshi Maury told Israel Hayom.

"Since then, we've done everything we had to do. We gave DNA tests, opened calls at various centers and even physically went to several hospitals to physically look for them. I personally contacted the police to locate the phones found at Barzilai Hospital, but physically the people were not found. Don't know what happened to the phones?! Or who brought them there?!" she continued describing.

The group went fishing in a declared fishing area at Zikim Beach. By 6 a.m., they were already there. Among them, Shoshi's father Gon Aslanov and her uncle Robert Shaulov, both seventy years old. On the beach, they met a couple of their friends, Yuri and Svetlana Lisovoy, who were sixty years old.

Contact with them was cut off at 6:30 a.m. "We tried to call and tell them to come back when the sirens started. We were scared, but my father said it was just an alarm and it wasn't too bad, it would pass," says the worried daughter. "My mother got nervous. We had endless sirens in Ashdod, but from 6:30 A.M. there was no response, the phones dialed until Sunday."
