The head of state gave a detailed account of the death toll, mentioning four children among the missing, two participants told AFP. At least 12 French nationals have been killed, according to a new toll Thursday from the Quai d'Orsay, which also reported 17 French nationals missing, many of whom were most likely held hostage by Hamas.
