What's more, in the early afternoon, those responsible for "Palestine Speaks" spread the information on the Instagram platform that they had filed a lawsuit against the ban on demonstrations. But this has not yet been confirmed by the authorities and is reportedly not true.

"However, the Administrative Court of Munich has not yet received a corresponding urgent application from the organizer," the administrative court said around 15 p.m. Around 16:30 p.m., court spokesman Dr. Matthias Prinzler added: "An urgent application from the organizers has still not been received. The Administrative Court of Munich is therefore unlikely to make a decision at today's meeting."

Organizers defend themselves - but the administrative court did not file a complaint

A tz inquiry left "Pro Palestine" unanswered. Meanwhile, the police made it clear that they would ensure compliance with the ban on demonstrations. According to presidium spokesman Andreas Franken, a gathering at Odeonsplatz would be broken up by the emergency forces. The same applies to any replacement events at other neuralgic locations in Munich's city centre.
