Large police forces in Haifa's German Colony stopped a pro-Gaza and anti-IDF demonstration on Wednesday evening.

The police announced that "anyone demonstrating at the moment will be arrested immediately, there will be no demonstration." The group of demonstrators tried to raise signs and began singing songs of praise for Gaza. The police immediately dispersed them and arrested 5 of them.
Responsible for the demonstration are members of the Hirak Haifa organization, who believe in a Palestinian state, from the river to the sea. They did not have permission to demonstrate, and the police acted in accordance with the prevailing directive in recent days to have zero tolerance for expressions of support for terrorism and Hamas actions.
