Kardashian's older sister Kourtney and her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, have given birth to their first son together, sources confirmed to People on Saturday.
Courtney, 44, and Barker, 47, who married in 2022, revealed they were expecting a son at a fetal sex reveal party in June.
They have six other children, including Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Raine, 8, from Courtney's marriage to Scott Disick, Landon, 20, and Alabama, 17, from Barker's marriage to Shana Muckler. Barker is also the stepfather of Attiana, 24, Moukler's daughter from a previous relationship.
In September, Courtney underwent emergency surgery to save the fetus in her abdomen, forcing Barker to leave the band in the midst of her tour to spend time with his pregnant wife.
The pair have yet to release the crown prince's chosen name, but Barker revealed his choice on the Complex Goat Talk podcast in July, where he was a guest with his daughter Alabama.

"I like the name Rocky 13," he said, with Alabama declaring it a bad choice. "It's so bad," she told her father, sharing that it's the name that crossed his mind and half agrees with her that it's not the ideal name.
"Rocky George was the guitarist for Suicidal Tendencies
and 13 is just the best number of all time," an enthusiastic Barker explained, "and Rocky is the greatest boxing movie of all time."
"So you're going to call your kid Rocky 13?" asked Alabama again, to which Barker replied, "Maybe," with Alabama concluding in a half-despairing tone: "Let's see how they get it when he's in school."
