They have nicknamed themselves, not without humour, "the victims of Malville", the district of Ploërmel where they live. For the past four days and the passage of storm Ciaran, Fabrice Tanguy and his partner Emmanuelle have learned to live without electricity, like hundreds of other inhabitants of this town in Morbihan. "Since Thursday, we've been relying on family and friends for meals, showers and even laundry," says Fabrice. We are invited here and there, we charge our mobile phones on these occasions. We even had to transfer food from the freezer to relatives' homes. Enedis agents from Auvergne are busy in the town. But the problem is that we don't know when the electricity will be restored and how it will go next week. »
