Tomorrow (Tuesday) we will mark 30 days across the country since the murderous terrorist attack in the south that led to the deaths of some 1,400 Israelis - soldiers, men, women, babies, the elderly and children. The state has not yet set an official day of mourning, and this is expected to happen later, but in the meantime, as in many other areas, a number of citizens have initiated a "civil day of mourning."
The initiative has gained momentum and its leaders call on everyone to go out to the street tomorrow at 11:00 A.M., stand for a minute of silence and sing hope. Subsequently, community ceremonies will be held in a number of preliminaries throughout the country.
"The people of Israel unite for a minute of silence and hope in memory of the fallen and the return of the abductees. On Tuesday, we will all mark the month of the murderous terrorist attack that exacted a heavy and personal price from all the people of Israel.
Tuesday, November 7, 11, 2023 Cheshvan, at 11:00 – Join from home, work and the street – we will all go out and stand together for a minute of silence and the song of hope.
We invite you to wave the Israeli flag, remember, cry, hug and unite with us and with the evacuees of the envelope and the south in the hotels and in the host cities.
