Verona capital of the equestrian world, Fieracavalli - Terra e Gusto is back tomorrow

It will be back tomorrow at Verna Fieracavalli, celebrating its 125th anniversary. From 9 to 12 November, Veronafiere welcomes 2,500 horses of 60 different breeds, capturing the public's attention with their extraordinary connection to humans with a list of over 200 events, including competitions, shows and conferences. Tomorrow (11 a.m.) Francesco Lollobrigida, Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, is expected to inaugurate the event. But there will be a large presence of the Government on all three days of the event: in the following days, in fact, the presence of the Minister of Tourism, Daniela Santanchè (10 November), of Disabilities, Alessandra Locatelli (10 November) and the Minister for Sport and Youth, Andrea Abodi (11 November) One of the highlights of this year is the participation of 25 delegations of international buyers, carefully selected in collaboration with ICE-Agency, coming from key markets around the world. "Fieracavalli has always been the leading event in the Italian equestrian world and beyond," comments Federico Bricolo, President of Veronafiere. "Thanks to the continuous dialogue with institutions and industry, from breeding to sport, together with our many partners, we are honored to be able to count on the support of historic 'friends' of Fieracavalli, including the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with ICE-Agency, the Veneto Region, the Municipality and the Province of Verona, as well as FEI, FISE and over 35 breeding and sports associations, always present at our side". Maurizio Danese, CEO of Veronafiere, underlines the historical importance of Fieracavalli, highlighting its evolution over the last 125 years. "Fieracavalli represents one of our oldest, best-known and best-loved brands. It embodies pure passion and acts as a unifying force, as this year's theme suggests." Among the events, the only Italian stage of the Longines Fei Jumping World Cup, the FISE competitions, the Arte Gold Gala, the Rural Tourism Exhibition, the second edition of Sapori di Razza with chef Alessandro Borghese also stand out. As for the agenda of the ministers at the Fair, Daniela Santanché will take part on Friday 10 November (at 10.30 am) in the conference "Trotting coaches and drivers: the point of view of professionals in the context of sector reforms" in the Masaf pavilion. Claudio Barbaro, Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Environment, will welcome the arrival by carriage of the participants in the "Journey of Smiles" in the outdoor area A. On Saturday 11 November, Minister Abodi will speak at an event organised by FISE in the Masaf pavilion, while Patrizio Giacomo La Pietra, undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, will take part in a round table on the relaunch of the horse racing sector in Hall 2 at 15 pm.
