Only a few more weeks of patience — six at most — and line 4 of the metro, linking the Porte de Clignancourt in Paris to Bagneux in the Hauts-de-Seine, will become the 3rd in the network to be fully automated. Laurent Probst, the CEO of Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM, the transport organizing authority that financed the entire automation project amounting to 480 million euros), and RATP officials confirmed this Thursday during a site visit on the line by evoking a switch to 100% automatic by the end of the year.
