They didn't turn off the station at the time of the comedian Philippe Caverivière's column. "I reassure Jordan, there was no right answer, actually! Jordan, he says, "I don't think he's anti-Semitic," he gets yelled at. He would have said the opposite: 'Jean-Marie Le Pen anti-Semite' he was being yelled at even more!" says Philippe Caverivière, standing in front of Marine Le Pen, who is smiling. The two-time finalist's loved ones sigh. "Philippe Caverivière summed up the situation very well," said one of them. "There are no right answers to the question." The question? This is the question that was asked to Jordan Bardella last Sunday, on BFMTV. "Is Jean-Marie Le Pen an anti-Semite?" I don't think so," the RN president replied.
Since then, the party with the flame has been navigating between controversies and accusations...
