After months of wrangling, the traffic light coalition is said to have agreed to support the industry against high electricity prices, according to a report.
Berlin – For months, there has been a dispute in the traffic light coalition over the price of industrial electricity. Now, according to information from Der Spiegel, the government is said to have agreed on an electricity price package for industry. Accordingly, the electricity tax is to be reduced to the minimum, and the energy-intensive industry would receive special compensation. More to come
