Almost everyone knows currys. Many, including pakoras, naan breads or lassi. However, it's easy to feel a bit clueless when we visit an Indian or Pakistani grocery store: the abundance of unfamiliar products is stunning, and it's easy to skip real treats when they're at our fingertips.

To avoid this kind of drama we created the section Lost in the supermarket, and after visiting Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Italian or Moroccan establishments, we stopped by JK Asian Food, an Indian supermarket in Barcelona. The head waiter of the Casa Masala restaurant, Isa Olmedo, discovered a lot of products that are worth knowing, and explained how to easily use them in our meals. It's all in the video above.
