In recent days, the 401st Brigade's combat team gained control of the Badr outpost, the central outpost of the Shati Battalion located near a refugee camp and civilian buildings. The brigade's fighters continue to attack the Shati Battalion of the Hamas terrorist organization.
The brigade also operated in the Blue Beach Hotel, located in the northern Gaza Strip, where about 30 Hamas terrorists had barricaded themselves. After the takeover, it was found that the terrorists used the hotel rooms as a defensive shelter and to plan attacks above and below ground.During the fighting, the fighters eliminated about 150 terrorists and gained control of military strongholds of the Hamas terrorist organization in the northern Gaza Strip.
