The fire brigade has engaged 80 people and about <> engines to try to extinguish the fire. They were able to count on the nearby presence of the Argenteuil rescue centre but also on reinforcements from the Yvelines and the Paris Fire Brigade. Due to the risk of collapse, they were unable to enter the building during the morning. So it's hard at this point to know what burned. A security perimeter has been set up by the municipal police and the national police to facilitate their operations. Jean-Grandel Street was blocked to traffic without any major impact on car traffic. It was not necessary to confine local residents due to the lack of living nearby.
