Shots were fired at a man in the um Lisoun neighborhood of East Jerusalem on Saturday morning. According to medical officials, following the incident, a local resident in his 30s was critically injured, with penetrating injuries, and evacuated to hospital for medical treatment.

Police officers from the Oz police station in the Jerusalem district, together with soldiers from the Jerusalem Border Police and the Jerusalem Special Patrol Unit, arrived at the scene and began investigating and collecting findings. A preliminary investigation of the case indicates that the background is suspected to be criminal.
The police opened an investigation and searched for the suspects.
