It was proved that the defendant invited the complainants to his home and office, where he asked them to remain in their underwear and sometimes even fully nude, so that he could photograph them. In these incidents, the defendant performed sexual acts on the complainants, including: instructing them to touch their genitals; clinging to their bodies; Touched their body parts and penis. In addition, the accused inserted his penis into the mouth of one of the complainants and also inserted the complainant's penis into the mouth of the accused. All this, on the grounds that the acts were intended to provide the complainants with self-confidence and skills required for their professional advancement as models. For some of the complainants, these incidents were repeated several times, sometimes for several months or even more than a year.
