A prosecutor's statement was filed today (Sunday) against a 65-year-old man from Ramle and his wife, a 44-year-old woman from Ramat Gan, on suspicion that the latter forced her minor daughter to have sex under threats. The story began last month about a police complaint by the minor, who revealed that while leaving the hostel where she lives for a vacation at the mother's home in Ramat Gan, the mother had sex with her partner, and the two forced the daughter to participate in the acts. The daughter also claimed that the mother threatened that if she refused, she would not allow her to go on vacations at home and would confiscate her cellphone.
According to the investigation, the couple took advantage of the minor's mental state, who told investigators the story that began about a year ago, when the couple had sex and even joined the minor to perform sexual acts. In addition, on Chol Hamoed Sukkot this year, the mother, her husband and the minor went on a family vacation to a hotel in Tiberias. During the vacation, the mother and her partner again had sex, all in front of the minor. At the same time, the man committed rape on a minor.
Ramat Gan-Bnei Brak police investigators arrested the mother for questioning and a day later the spouse as well, and after an investigation and taking testimonies, the two were arrested, their detention was extended and soon an indictment will be filed against them for an indecent act in front of a minor family member, on grounds without free consent, failure to report a helpless person responsibly, obstruction of justice, indecent assault under aggravated circumstances taking advantage of her being mentally ill or mentally impaired, and invasion of privacy.
