The four-day truce, agreed during negotiations between Israel and Hamas, is due to begin this Friday morning in the Gaza Strip at 7am (local time, or 6am in France). It is intended to allow the entry into the Palestinian enclave of a "greater number of humanitarian and aid convoys, including fuel" than at present, according to Qatar.
