Egyptian media reported on Friday the release of 12 abductees from Hamas captivity and their transfer to the Egyptian side of the border.
The Egyptian news website Yeum7 reported that the abductees, who had been held in Gaza since the October <>th massacre, when they were abducted by Hamas terrorists, were released thanks to Egyptian mediation. Thai Prime Minister Sarta Tavisin confirmed the release of his compatriots in an official statement.
Hamas has consistently claimed that it is ready to release the foreign workers captured by its terrorists during the October 7th massacre, as soon as there is a lull in the fighting.
